THE SPACE
The Studio at 360 Pinnacle Street, Suite 205, is designed to be simple, calm, and immediately usable. With north and east-facing windows and an open layout, it is the ideal environment for portraits, branding sessions, content days, commercial shoots, and intimate creative workshops.
This is an intentionally minimal space. You bring your vision, your tools, and your creative energy. The studio provides a polished, professional atmosphere to support it.

Chairs, stools, and simple furnishings you may rearrange
Parking in the Empire Square lot (details provided after booking)
Fully stocked Honour Bar (billed after your rental)
Mounted backdrop use (by request, billed at $15 per foot used)
RATES
The Studio is a professional, purpose-built photography space with natural light, tall ceilings, and a clean, open layout designed for creative work. It’s available for creatives who want a bright, professional environment to bring their projects to life.
Half Day (up to 3 hours) — $275
Full Day (up to 6 hours) — $450
Weekly rates available upon request.
Set up and teardown must be completed within your scheduled time.
